Why Mintleaf
Learning that respects your pace
We believe financial knowledge becomes meaningful when it's connected to lived experience — not rushed through in a single afternoon.
Behaviorally Informed
Programs draw on behavioral science to address the emotional and psychological dimensions of financial decision-making — not just the numbers.
Small, Intentional Groups
Sessions are kept small so that conversation is genuine, questions are welcomed, and the learning environment feels personal rather than transactional.
Practical Materials
Every program includes thoughtfully prepared resources — journals, handbooks, templates — that you can continue using long after the sessions end.
Malaysian Context
Content is grounded in the Malaysian financial landscape — EPF, ASNB, ringgit dynamics, and local market behavior — so what you learn applies directly to your situation.
No Sales Agenda
Mintleaf is an education provider, not a product distributor. You will not be directed toward any financial product, fund, or platform during or after the program.
Community Continuity
Participants in the Educator Training program gain ongoing access to a peer network — a space for sharing resources, navigating challenges, and continuing to grow.
Take the Next Step
Have questions before you decide?
We're happy to have a conversation about which program might suit you, how the sessions are structured, or what to expect. There's no pressure — just a straightforward discussion.
Common Questions
Things people often ask
Do I need prior financial knowledge to join?
No prior background is needed for Mindful Money Management or Global Market Awareness. Both programs are designed to be accessible to people at various stages of their financial learning journey. The Financial Educator Training assumes a general comfort with financial topics but does not require formal qualifications.
How are sessions delivered — online or in-person?
Sessions are offered in-person at our Kuala Lumpur venue, with online options available for certain cohorts. When you enquire, we'll let you know which format is available for your preferred program and start date.
What happens if I miss a session?
We understand that schedules shift. Participants who miss a session will receive a summary and access to session notes. Where possible, we'll work with you to find a suitable arrangement. We ask that participants aim to attend at least four out of every five sessions to get the most from the experience.
Can I enrol in more than one program?
Yes, and many participants do. Mindful Money Management and Global Market Awareness complement each other well — one focuses inward on personal behaviour, the other broadens perspective outward. If you're interested in both, let us know and we can discuss scheduling.
Is a certificate provided upon completion?
Participants who complete a program receive a Mintleaf certificate of completion. The Financial Educator Training certificate acknowledges readiness to facilitate financial literacy sessions and is accompanied by a letter of program completion you may use for professional reference.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least seven days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within seven days may be transferred to a future cohort. Please review our full Terms & Conditions or contact us directly for specific circumstances.
