considered financial life

Our Approach

How Mintleaf programs are structured

Every program we offer is built around three core design principles: sessions are spaced so that ideas have time to settle, materials extend learning beyond the classroom, and cohorts are small enough that every participant is genuinely heard.

Spaced Over Weeks

Programs run across two to four weeks โ€” enough time to absorb each session before building on it in the next.

Active Participation

Sessions are conversational, not lecture-driven. Your questions and experiences shape each session as much as the prepared content does.

Take-Home Resources

Every program includes professionally prepared materials โ€” journals, handbooks, templates โ€” you'll use independently and keep permanently.

How We Work

Shared standards across all programs

Privacy & Data Protection

Participant information is handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Quality Assurance

Every cohort is evaluated through structured end-of-program feedback. Results inform future program refinements and facilitator development.

No Conflicts of Interest

Mintleaf does not receive commissions from financial institutions and does not recommend specific products โ€” in sessions or outside them.

Bilingual Accessibility

While programs are delivered in English, materials are available in Bahasa Malaysia on request, and our facilitators are comfortable across both languages.

Updated Curriculum

Program content is reviewed every six months and updated to reflect current conditions in the Malaysian financial landscape and global markets.

Group Size Limits

All programs cap cohort sizes to preserve conversation quality. When a cohort fills, we open a new one rather than expanding group sizes.

Pricing

Program investment

All prices are inclusive of sessions, materials, and certificate of completion. Organizational rates are available for teams of four or more.
