Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern enrolment in Mintleaf programs, the use of our website, and the relationship between Mintleaf and program participants. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Mintleaf" refers to the financial education provider operating under that name, based at 36 Jalan Pudu, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "Program" refers to any educational program offered by Mintleaf, including Mindful Money Management, Global Market Awareness, and Financial Educator Training.
- "Participant" refers to any individual who enrolls in, or attends, a Mintleaf program.
- "Enrolment" refers to the act of registering and paying for a program session.
- "Session" refers to a single scheduled meeting within a program.
- "Materials" refers to any documents, workbooks, audio files, templates, handbooks, or other resources provided to participants as part of a program.
- "Website" refers to the Mintleaf website at https://mintleaf.pro.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Mintleaf program, using our website, or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation or employer, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Program Descriptions
Mintleaf currently offers the following programs:
Mindful Money Management โ RM 550
Six sessions over three weeks, each 75 minutes in duration. Participants explore personal finance through a mindfulness and behavioral science lens. Includes a mindful spending journal, a values-alignment exercise booklet, and guided reflection audio recordings.
Global Market Awareness โ RM 980
Five sessions over five weeks, each 90 minutes in duration. Introduces the fundamentals of global financial markets and their relevance to Malaysian investors. Includes a global market overview handbook, a current events analysis template, and a macroeconomic indicator reference card.
Financial Educator Training โ RM 2,800
Eight sessions over four weeks, each 2.5 hours in duration. Designed for individuals who wish to teach financial literacy within communities, workplaces, or organisations. Includes a facilitator's handbook, a ready-to-use workshop curriculum, presentation materials, and ongoing membership in a financial educator community network.
Mintleaf reserves the right to modify program content, format, or scheduling at its discretion, provided that any material changes are communicated to enrolled participants with reasonable notice.
4. Enrolment Process
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the program. Places in each program cohort are limited, and enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mintleaf reserves the right to decline an enrolment where, in our assessment, the program would not be a suitable fit for the individual โ for example, where eligibility criteria for the Financial Educator Training are not met. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Enrolment confirmation and program details will be communicated to participants by email within two business days of receiving payment.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is due at the time of enrolment unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing with Mintleaf prior to enrolment.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Mintleaf does not store card or banking details. A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
Mintleaf reserves the right to review and update program fees periodically. Any fee change will not affect confirmed enrolments that have been paid in full.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

| Less than 7 days | No refund; credit toward a future program may be offered at Mintleaf's discretion |

To cancel your enrolment, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. The date of cancellation is the date on which we receive your written notice.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation by Mintleaf
In the event that Mintleaf cancels a program (for example, due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort. Mintleaf is not liable for any consequential costs incurred by participants as a result of a program cancellation.
7. Rescheduling & Deferrals
Individual session absences
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify us as early as possible. Where feasible, Mintleaf may arrange a brief catch-up consultation or provide written session notes to support your continuity. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged for the best learning experience.
Program deferral
If you are unable to complete a program you have enrolled in due to a significant personal circumstance, you may request a deferral to a future cohort. Deferral requests must be made in writing before the third session of the program. A maximum of one deferral is permitted per enrolment. Deferrals are subject to availability and are granted at Mintleaf's discretion.
Rescheduling by Mintleaf
Mintleaf reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions where necessary. Participants will be notified with as much advance notice as possible. Where a reschedule is not suitable for a participant, a pro-rated refund for the affected session may be offered.
8. Participant Conduct
Mintleaf programs are designed to be respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environments. By enrolling, participants agree to:
- Engage with facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect
- Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without express prior consent from Mintleaf and all session participants
- Maintain the confidentiality of personal experiences or financial information shared by other participants during sessions
- Not use program sessions to solicit, promote, or sell financial products, services, or schemes to other participants
Mintleaf reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these terms.
9. Program Materials
All materials provided as part of a Mintleaf program โ including workbooks, handbooks, templates, audio recordings, and presentation slides โ remain the intellectual property of Mintleaf.
Materials are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled participant. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, or used for commercial training purposes without the prior written consent of Mintleaf.
Participants enrolled in the Financial Educator Training program receive a licence to use the workshop curriculum and presentation materials for non-commercial community education purposes, subject to the conditions outlined in the facilitator's handbook.
10. Educational Disclaimer
Mintleaf programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The content of our programs does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.
Nothing communicated by Mintleaf facilitators, in program materials, or on our website should be construed as a recommendation to invest, disinvest, purchase, or sell any financial product or asset. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser before making any financial decisions.
Mintleaf facilitators do not hold a Capital Markets Services licence or any other regulated financial advisory licence. Our programs focus on financial literacy, behavioural awareness, and educational context โ not personalised financial planning.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Mintleaf's total liability to any participant for any claim arising in connection with a program or these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the program in question.
Mintleaf is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage, including any financial decisions made based on program content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Malaysian law.
12. Amendments
Mintleaf reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Changes will not affect enrolments that are already confirmed and paid.
Continued use of our website or enrolment in a program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, or to participation in a Mintleaf program, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
